Reflection:
I consider myself to have been "in the fandom" for quite a while (as far back as 2012-2013, when I actively started seeking out furry stuff online; I'm not counting "I watched The Lion King growing up" as being in the fandom). I did not go to a con until 10 years later. I sometimes feel a sense of regret, not having tried to go to one sooner, but rather than yearn for the memories I could have made, I am excited to make more in the future as I attend cons moving forward.
